Return & Cancellation Policy – Brownsugaroven.com

At Brown Sugar Oven, every order is baked fresh with care and attention. Because our treats are perishable and made to order, all sales are final. Please take a moment to review our policy below before completing your purchase.

1. Returns

Due to the nature of our baked goods, we do not accept returns or issue refunds once an order has been shipped or delivered.

We do our best to provide accurate product descriptions and photos so you know exactly what to expect. If you have any questions about a product before placing your order, we’re happy to help — just reach out to us at:

2. Order Cancellations

We understand that things can change! You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it by emailing brownsugaroven@yahoo.com with your order number and the reason for cancellation.

Once the 12-hour window has passed or your order has entered the baking or shipping process, we are unable to cancel or refund it.

3. Exchanges

Because our products are freshly baked and made to order, we are unable to accept exchanges. Thank you for understanding.

4. Lost, Damaged, or Incorrect Orders

a. Incorrect Orders:
If you receive an incorrect item, please email us at brownsugaroven@yahoo.com with your order number and a clear photo. We’ll make sure to resolve the issue quickly and fairly.

b. Lost or Damaged Orders:
Once your package leaves our bakery, it’s handled by the shipping carrier (such as USPS or UPS). Brown Sugar Oven is not responsible for lost or damaged packages once they are in transit.

If your order arrives damaged or goes missing, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim. For added protection, we offer insured shipping at checkout for an additional fee.
